Statute overview

About this statute

This ministerial regulation sets hourly rates for paying extraordinary work and third-party work in R&D activities. For state civil servants and employees involved in an R&D project and paid as extraordinary-work indemnities, the applicable hourly rate is set at 1/173 of their gross monthly salary. For third parties taking part in an R&D project and paid as third-party service allowances, the hourly rate is set at 1/173 of the gross pay they would receive at the start of the career of a state official or employee in the relevant career path. The competent minister may set a higher hourly rate for third parties with a recognized researcher qualification. This article states that the regulation is published in the Mémorial.
