Statute overview

About this statute

This preamble identifies a ministerial regulation about the nomenclature of nursing acts and services covered by health insurance. Les actes infirmiers ne sont remboursés par la sécurité sociale que s’ils remplissent les conditions prévues et certains lieux d’exécution sont exclus. Certain acts may be covered only after medical control has authorized them. The tariff of an act is calculated by multiplying its coefficient by the negotiated value of the key letter. Some medical acts can be combined at the full rate, but certain listed positions cannot be combined with each other, and any cumulation or prescription with multiple acts or more than one session per day needs prior approval from medical control.
