This ministerial regulation sets the list of diplomas, certificates, and other qualifications for dentist doctors. This article says the medical-dentist diplomas, certificates, and other titles covered by Article 8 are the ones listed in the annexed table. Member-state nationals may use certain dentist diplomas, certificates, and other titles as sufficient proof when applying for authorization to practise, if they are accompanied by a certificate from competent authorities or bodies. This article repeals the ministerial regulation of 18 November 1996 listed here. This provision states that the regulation will be published in the Mémorial.
