Statute overview

About this statute

This preamble says the ministers issue a road-traffic and signage measure for the CR132 between Schrassig and Schuttrange because works are taking place there. L’accès au CR132 est interdit aux conducteurs de véhicules et d’animaux pendant les travaux, sauf pour les riverains, leurs fournisseurs et les conducteurs d’autobus. After the works are completed and until horizontal road markings are installed, the road section is limited to 50 km/h and drivers of motor vehicles are forbidden to overtake in both directions, except for two-wheel motorcycles without sidecar and mopeds. Breaches of this regulation are punished under Article 7 of the amended law of 14 February 1955 on road traffic. The regulation is published in the Mémorial.
