This preamble introduces a ministerial traffic regulation for the CR129 in Hemstal because roadworks are taking place. From 18 April 2006 to 14 July 2006, road access to the CR129 in Hemstal is prohibited for vehicle and animal drivers, except those managing or controlling the worksite. After the works are finished, the road section is reopened. Until horizontal road markings are installed, the speed limit is 70 km/h and drivers of motor vehicles may not overtake other motor vehicles except two-wheel motorcycles without sidecars and mopeds. Infractions to this regulation are punished under amended article 7 of the law of 14 February 1955 on road traffic regulation. This regulation takes effect on the day it is published in the Mémorial.
