About this statute

This ministerial regulation concerns traffic regulation and road signage on the CR119 between Stafelter and Eisenborn during roadworks. Access to the CR119 section between Stafelter and Eisenborn is prohibited in both directions for vehicle and animal drivers, except those managing or controlling the chantier. After the work is finished, the road section is reopened; until horizontal road markings are installed, the speed limit is 70 km/h and drivers of motor vehicles may not overtake certain vehicles. Violations of this regulation are punished under amended article 7 of the 14 February 1955 road traffic law. This provision says the regulation takes effect on the day it is published in the Mémorial.
