This ministerial regulation concerns temporary traffic restrictions on the N16 between Mondorf-les-Bains and Ellange-Gare. Pendant les travaux sur la N16, la vitesse est limitée à 50 km/h et les conducteurs ne peuvent pas dépasser certains véhicules; ils doivent aussi suivre la signalisation pour contourner le chantier. During roadworks, access to the N16 section between Mondorf-les-Bains and Ellange-Gare is prohibited to vehicle and animal drivers, except those managing and controlling the chantier. After the works are completed, the road section is reopened. Until horizontal road markings are installed, the speed is limited to 70 km/h and drivers of motor vehicles may not overtake certain other motor vehicles. Breaches of this regulation are punishable under the modified Article 7 of the 14 February 1955 traffic law.
