Preamble to a ministerial regulation on temporary traffic regulation for road sections used during the “Iron Hand 2006” exercise. During the Iron Hand 2006 exercise, army trucks are authorized to access the listed road sections. The derogation is valid only during the dates mentioned above and only for military vehicles. Breaches of this regulation are punished under article 7 as amended of the law of 14 February 1955 on road traffic. This regulation enters into force on the day it is published in the Mémorial.
