Statute overview
About this statute
This ministerial regulation concerns private pilot licences and qualifications for people with severe motor disabilities affecting certain body systems. La commission d’experts peut proposer au ministre des Transports une dérogation médicale pour certains candidats à un titre aéronautique, sous conditions de sécurité et d’aptitude. This article says the fitness decision under Article 1 may cover specified aeronautical titles, qualifications, and regulated activities, except those repealed by the 6 February 2004 Grand-Ducal Regulation. An aptitude decision cannot be granted for more than 24 months, and its validity depends on conditions and restrictions set by the expert commission. Training organizations and instructors must be approved by the authority before they may provide the covered training.
