This preamble says the ministerial regulation temporarily regulates traffic on the A1, A3, and A6 motorways because of road works. During the first and second construction phases on the A1, access to the relevant Tunnel Howald tube is prohibited for drivers of vehicles and animals, except drivers assigned to site management and control.
