Statute overview
About this statute
This preamble introduces a temporary traffic regulation for the CR333 between Troine-Route and Troine because of roadworks. Pendant les travaux de fraisage, la vitesse est limitée à 30 km/h sur une section du CR333, et le dépassement y est interdit sauf pour certaines deux-roues. During road surfacing work, vehicles and machines may not enter the CR333 section between Troine-Route and Troine in either direction, except those assigned to site management and control. Until the horizontal road marking is installed at the end of the works, drivers of motor vehicles must not exceed 70 km/h and must not overtake other motor vehicles, except two-wheeled motorcycles without sidecar and two-wheeled mopeds. Breaches of this regulation are punished under article 7 of the amended law of 14 February 1955 on road traffic regulation.
