This preamble says the minister issues a temporary traffic regulation for the N22 and CR106 because of roadworks. During road works, access to the listed road sections is alternately closed or narrowed, with traffic directed by coloured light signals; the speed limit is 50 km/h and overtaking is prohibited for most motor vehicles. After the works are completed and until horizontal road markings are in place, the maximum speed is 70 km/h and drivers of motor vehicles may not overtake other motor vehicles, except two-wheeled motorcycles without sidecar and two-wheeled mopeds. Breaches of this regulation are punished under article 7 of the amended law of 14 February 1955 on road traffic. The regulation enters into force on 3 September 2012 and applies until the works are completed.
