This provision replaces the definition of “titre de transport” and says it may be a ticket, pass, or free-transport entitlement, usable for public transport and issued on paper/plastic or electronically. This article deletes paragraph 4 of Article 10 of the ministerial regulation of 19 December 2012. This article replaces the last sentence of a referenced rule with a new validity period. This article repeals article 20 of the ministerial regulation of 19 December 2012 and removes the higher-fare transport tickets in categories X, Y and Z from annex 1.
