About this statute

This ministerial regulation creates a visitation commission. La commission de visite doit effectuer les contrôles et visites de bateaux liés à la délivrance et au renouvellement des certificats requis. The commission must carry out vessel inspections on request, review certain inspection attestations, handle specified inspection cases, analyse equivalence and derogation requests, and it may use approved experts or third parties.
