This ministerial regulation amends a 3 July 2023 regulation on publishing the airport safety zones plan for Luxembourg Airport. A surface southwest of the airport is reclassified from a regulated-access security zone to a public zone from 16 August 2023. This article replaces the annex to the 3 July 2023 ministerial regulation with Annex B of this regulation. When the zone is classified as higher criticality, a safety search of parts that could be contaminated is carried out as soon as possible to gain reasonable assurance that no part contains prohibited items. This article states that the regulation will be published in Luxembourg’s official gazette.
