Statute overview

About this statute

This ministerial regulation modifies a prior regulation that published the airport safety zone plan for Luxembourg Airport. From 12 March 2024, the specified surface is classified from a public area to a restricted-access security zone. This article replaces the annex of the amended ministerial regulation with Annex B of this regulation. When a zone is classified as a higher-criticality zone, a security search of parts that could be contaminated must be carried out as soon as possible to help ensure no part contains prohibited items. This article says the regulation will be published in the official journal and will enter into force on 12 March 2024.
