Statute overview

About this statute

This is the preamble to a ministerial regulation that amends an earlier ministerial regulation on the publication plan for Luxembourg Airport security zones. From 23 April 2024, a surface next to the new Centre d’Incendie et de Secours Findel is reclassified partly from public zone to delimited zone and partly to a restricted-access security zone. This article replaces the annex of the modified 3 July 2023 ministerial regulation with Annex B of this regulation. When the zone is classified as higher criticality, a security search of parts that could be contaminated is carried out as soon as possible to help ensure they do not contain prohibited items. This regulation is to be published in the Official Journal of Luxembourg and takes effect on 23 April 2024.
