About this statute

This ministerial regulation amends the prior regulation on the publication of Luxembourg Airport security zones. From 17 December 2024, a surface southwest of the airport is reclassified from a public zone to a regulated-access security zone. This article replaces the existing annex to the amended 3 July 2023 ministerial regulation on Luxembourg Airport safety zones with Annex B of this regulation. When a zone is classified as a higher-criticality zone, a safety search is carried out as soon as possible to obtain reasonable assurance that no part contains prohibited items. This article says the regulation will be published in the official journal and will enter into force on 17 December 2024.
