Het verplichtingenbedrag bedoeld in artikel 5, eerste lid, van de Financiële-verhoudingswet ter zake van de algemene uitkering wordt voor het uitkeringsjaar 2024 vastgesteld op € 3.554.618.000. De verplichtingenbedragen zoals bedoeld in artikel 5, tweede lid, van de Financiële-verhoudingswet ter zake van de integratie-uitkeringen en de decentralisatie-uitkeringen voor het uitkeringsjaar 2024 zijn respectievelijk € 0 en € 399.727.000. Deze wet treedt in werking met ingang van de dag na de datum van uitgifte van het Staatsblad waarin zij wordt geplaatst en werkt terug tot en met 31 december van het onderhavige begrotingsjaar. Lasten en bevelen dat deze in het Staatsblad zal worden geplaatst en dat alle ministeries, autoriteiten, colleges en ambtenaren die zulks aangaat, aan de nauwkeurige uitvoering de hand zullen houden.
