Allen, die deze zullen zien of horen lezen, saluut! doen te weten: Alzo Wij in overweging genomen hebben, dat de op 29 april 2008 te Luxemburg totstandgekomen Stabilisatie- en associatieovereenkomst tussen de Europese Gemeenschappen en hun lidstaten, enerzijds, en de Republiek Servië, anderzijds, ingevolge artikel 91, eerste lid, van de Grondwet de goedkeuring van de Staten-Generaal behoeft, alvorens het Koninkrijk daaraan kan worden gebonden; Zo is het, dat Wij, de Raad van State gehoord, en met gemeen overleg der Staten-Generaal, hebben goedgevonden en verstaan, gelijk Wij goedvinden en verstaan bij deze: Artikel 1 De op 29 april 2008 te Luxemburg totstandgekomen Stabilisatie- en associatieovereenkomst tussen de Europese Gemeenschappen en hun lidstaten, enerzijds, en de Republiek Servië, anderzijds, waarvan de Nederlandse tekst is geplaatst in Tractatenblad 2008, 153 , wordt goedgekeurd voor Nederland. Artikel 2 Deze wet treedt in werking met ingang van de dag na de datum van uitgifte van het Staatsblad waarin zij wordt geplaatst.
