Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem 23 stycznia 2015 r.2)Niniejsze rozporządzenie było poprzedzone rozporządzeniem Ministra Środowiska z dnia 30 września 2009 r. w sprawie wzoru zaświadczenia potwierdzającego recykling oraz wzoru zaświadczenia potwierdzającego inne niż recykling procesy odzysku (Dz. U. Nr 172, poz. 1342), które zgodnie z art. 250 ust. 6 ustawy z dnia 14 grudnia 2012 r. o odpadach (Dz.
