Prezes Rady Ministrów może przedłużyć okres pełnienia obowiązków, o którym mowa w art. 6 ust. 12 ustawy zmienianej w art. 1, w brzmieniu dotychczasowym, osobie pełniącej obowiązki Prezesa Polskiej Agencji Żeglugi Powietrznej w dniu wejścia w życie niniejszej ustawy o 12 miesięcy. Ustawa wchodzi w życie z dniem następującym po dniu ogłoszenia.
