U. poz. 1130) zarządza się, co następuje: Rozporządzenie określa tryb, formę i terminy przekazywania przez agencje płatnicze jednostce koordynującej informacji określonych w art. 9 ust. 4 ustawy z dnia 27 maja 2015 r. o finansowaniu wspólnej polityki rolnej, zwanej dalej „ustawą”. Agencje płatnicze przekazują jednostce koordynującej, zgodnie ze swoją właściwością, informacje określone w art. 9 ust. 4 ustawy na formularzu opracowanym i udostępnionym przez jednostkę koordynującą. Informacje określone w art. 9 ust. 4 ustawy są przekazywane jednostce koordynującej w formie dokumentów elektronicznych w rozumieniu przepisów o informatyzacji działalności podmiotów realizujących zadania publiczne, do dnia 30 kwietnia roku następującego po roku, którego dotyczą te informacje. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
