U. poz. 422, 664 i 889) § 2 otrzymuje brzmienie: Właściwą izbą celną, na której rachunek bankowy dokonuje się wpłaty kwot z tytułu zapłaty akcyzy, przedpłat akcyzy i wpłat dziennych oraz z której rachunku bankowego dokonuje się wypłaty kwot z tytułu zwrotu akcyzy, jest Izba Celna w Krakowie, której terytorialny zasięg w tym zakresie obejmuje całe terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem 1 października 2015 r.
