Zaliczki na poczet płatności bezpośrednich wypłaca się od dnia 16 października 2015 r. Obszarem objętym okolicznościami, o których mowa w art. 46 ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 5 lutego 2015 r. o płatnościach w ramach systemów wsparcia bezpośredniego, jest terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem 16 października 2015 r.
