U. poz. 351) § 2 otrzymuje brzmienie: Dyrektor departamentu Ministerstwa Obrony Narodowej właściwego do spraw zdrowia, zwany dalej „podmiotem monitorującym”, prowadzi w imieniu ministra monitoring i analizę informacji o realizacji indywidualnego prawa do świadczeń opieki zdrowotnej udzielonych weteranom poszkodowanym-żołnierzom. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
