U. poz. 567), z tytułu odsetek, o których mowa w art. 2 ust. 3 tej ustawy. Zaniechanie, o którym mowa w § 1, ma zastosowanie do dochodów (przychodów) uzyskanych od dnia 15 maja 2014 r. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem następującym po dniu ogłoszenia.
