U. poz. 881) zarządza się, co następuje: Określa się wzór: zgłoszenia podmiotu zamierzającego pełnić funkcję jednostki oceniającej personel stanowiący załącznik nr 1 do rozporządzenia; zgłoszenia podmiotu zamierzającego pełnić funkcję jednostki prowadzącej szkolenia stanowiący załącznik nr 2 do rozporządzenia. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia. Ministrów z dnia 17 listopada 2015 r. w sprawie szczegółowego zakresu działania Ministra Rozwoju (Dz.
