U. z 2012 r. poz. 1342, 1448, 1529 i 1530, z 2013 r. poz. 35, 1027 i 1608, z 2014 r. poz. 312, 1171 i 1662 oraz z 2015 r. poz. 211, 605, 978, 1223 i 1649.) zarządza się, co następuje: Określa się wzory: deklaracji dla podatku od towarów i usług przy wewnątrzwspólnotowym nabyciu nowych środków transportu (VAT-10), o której mowa w art. 99 ust. 10 ustawy z dnia 11 marca 2004 r. o podatku od towarów i usług, zwanej dalej „ustawą”, wraz z objaśnieniami, stanowiący załącznik nr 1 do rozporządzenia; deklaracji dla podatku od towarów i usług od wewnątrzwspólnotowej dostawy nowego środka transportu (VAT-11), o której mowa w art. 99 ust. 11 ustawy, wraz z objaśnieniami, stanowiący załącznik nr 2 do rozporządzenia. Wzory deklaracji określone w załącznikach nr 1 i 2 do rozporządzenia, o którym mowa w § 3, mogą być stosowane do rozliczenia transakcji wewnątrzwspólnotowych, w stosunku do których obowiązek podatkowy powstał do dnia 30 czerwca 2016 r. Traci moc rozporządzenie Ministra Finansów z dnia 14 marca 2013 r. w sprawie wzorów deklaracji dla podatku od towarów i usług dotyczących transakcji wewnątrzwspólnotowych w zakresie nowych środków transportu (Dz.
