U. z 2014 r. poz. 1614) w § 10 ust. 1 i 2 otrzymują brzmienie: Warunkiem otrzymywania dodatku, o którym mowa w § 5 pkt 5, jest wykonywanie: okresowo zwiększonych obowiązków służbowych lub dodatkowo powierzonych zadań; zadań o wysokim stopniu złożoności, odpowiedzialności lub ryzyka. Dodatek, o którym mowa w § 5 pkt 5, może być przyznany na czas określony, nie dłużej jednak niż na czas wykonywania obowiązków lub zadań określonych w ust. 1. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
