U. Nr 146, poz. 1024) w § 1 pkt 2 otrzymuje brzmienie: w specyfikacji produktu, o której mowa w art. 7 lub art. 19 rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 1151/2012 z dnia 21 listopada 2012 r. w sprawie systemów jakości produktów rolnych i środków spożywczych (Dz. Urz. UE L 343 z 14.12.2012, str. 1). Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
