VI: w pkt 1: uchyla się lit. a, dodaje się lit. d i e w brzmieniu: uchyla się pkt 2; w lp. XIII w pkt 1 uchyla się lit. f. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem 15 maja 2015 r. Rady Ministrów z dnia 22 września 2014 r. w sprawie szczegółowego zakresu działania Ministra Finansów (Dz. U. poz. 1256).
