§ 3. Na podstawie art. 11 ust. 6 ustawy z dnia 25 czerwca 2009 r. o rolnictwie ekologicznym (Dz. U. z 2015 r. poz. 497) zarządza się, co następuje: Rozporządzenie określa ogólne odstępstwa od warunków produkcji ekologicznej w zakresie systemu utrzymywania bydła. Dopuszcza się utrzymywanie bydła na uwięzi w gospodarstwach, w których: są spełnione wymagania, o których mowa w: art. 22 ust. 2 lit. a rozporządzenia Rady (WE) nr 834/2007 z dnia 28 czerwca 2007 r. w sprawie produkcji ekologicznej i znakowania produktów ekologicznych i uchylającego rozporządzenie (EWG) nr 2092/91 (Dz. Urz. UE L 189 z 20.07.2007, str. 1, z późn. zm.), art. 39 rozporządzenia Komisji WE nr 889/2008 z dnia 5 września 2008 r. ustanawiającego szczegółowe zasady wdrażania rozporządzenia Rady (WE) nr 834/2007 w sprawie produkcji ekologicznej i znakowania produktów ekologicznych w odniesieniu do produkcji ekologicznej, znakowania i kontroli (Dz. Urz. UE L 250 z 18.09.2008, str. 1, z późn. zm.); utrzymuje się do 40 sztuk dorosłych bydła. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
