Traci moc rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 15 października 2012 r. w sprawie wielokrotności kwoty bazowej, stanowiącej przeciętne uposażenie funkcjonariuszy Państwowej Straży Pożarnej (Dz. U. poz. 1189). Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem następującym po dniu ogłoszenia.
