U. z 2016 r. poz. 599, 868 i 1228) zarządza się, co następuje: Określa się wzór tytułu wykonawczego stosowanego w egzekucji: należności pieniężnych, stanowiący załącznik nr 1 do rozporządzenia; obowiązków o charakterze niepieniężnym, stanowiący załącznik nr 2 do rozporządzenia. Wzory tytułów wykonawczych stanowiących załączniki do rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 16 maja 2014 r. w sprawie wzorów tytułów wykonawczych stosowanych w egzekucji administracyjnej (Dz. U. poz. 650) mogą być stosowane nie dłużej niż przez 12 miesięcy od dnia wejścia w życie niniejszego rozporządzenia. Traci moc rozporządzenie Ministra Finansów z dnia 16 maja 2014 r. w sprawie wzorów tytułów wykonawczych stosowanych w egzekucji administracyjnej (Dz. U. poz. 650).
