Wynagrodzenie zasadnicze asystentów i starszych asystentów prokuratorów jest określone w załączniku do rozporządzenia. Przepisy rozporządzenia mają zastosowanie do wynagrodzenia zasadniczego asystentów i starszych asystentów prokuratorów od dnia 1 stycznia 2016 r. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem następującym po dniu ogłoszenia.1)Niniejsze rozporządzenie było poprzedzone rozporządzeniem Ministra Sprawiedliwości z dnia 26 marca 2012 r. w sprawie wynagrodzenia zasadniczego asystentów prokuratorów (Dz. U. poz. 333), które na podstawie art. 73 pkt 1 ustawy z dnia 28 stycznia 2016 r. - Przepisy wprowadzające ustawę - Prawo o prokuraturze (Dz. U. poz. 178) traci moc z dniem wejścia w życie niniejszego rozporządzenia.
