Traci moc rozporządzenie Ministra Obrony Narodowej z dnia 18 grudnia 2015 r. w sprawie stawek uposażenia zasadniczego żołnierzy zawodowych (Dz. U. poz. 2213). Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem następującym po dniu ogłoszenia.
