Sprawozdania z opłat ewidencyjnych pobranych i przekazanych lub uiszczonych na rachunek Funduszu - Centralna Ewidencja Pojazdów i Kierowców przekazywane za okres do końca czerwca 2018 r. sporządza się zgodnie ze wzorem określonym w rozporządzeniu Ministra Spraw Wewnętrznych z dnia 15 maja 2015 r. w sprawie opłaty ewidencyjnej stanowiącej przychód Funduszu - Centralna Ewidencja Pojazdów i Kierowców (Dz.
