U. z 2015 r. poz. 1045, 1217, 1268, 1269, 1479, 1642, 1830, 1890 i 2023 oraz z 2016 r. poz. 147.) zarządza się, co następuje: W rozporządzeniu Ministra Finansów z dnia 11 maja 2010 r. w sprawie postępowania w sprawach oświadczeń o stanie majątkowym funkcjonariuszy celnych (Dz. U. Nr 88, poz. 573 oraz z 2011 r. Nr 236, poz. 1397) załącznik do rozporządzenia otrzymuje brzmienie określone w załączniku do niniejszego rozporządzenia. Do oświadczeń o stanie majątkowym składanych według stanu na dzień 31 grudnia 2015 r. stosuje się wzór oświadczenia o stanie majątkowym w brzmieniu dotychczasowym.
