U. z 2014 r. poz. 315 oraz z 2015 r. poz. 484 i 1380) załącznik nr 1 otrzymuje brzmienie określone w załączniku do niniejszego rozporządzenia. Stawki uposażenia zasadniczego funkcjonariuszy Biura Ochrony Rządu, określone w załączniku nr 1 do rozporządzenia zmienianego w § 1, w brzmieniu nadanym niniejszym rozporządzeniem, przysługują funkcjonariuszom Biura Ochrony Rządu od dnia 1 stycznia 2016 r. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem następującym po dniu ogłoszenia.
