Stawki dodatku za posiadany stopień służbowy w wysokości określonej w załączniku do rozporządzenia zmienianego w § 1, w brzmieniu nadanym niniejszym rozporządzeniem, przysługują funkcjonariuszom Agencji Bezpieczeństwa Wewnętrznego od dnia 1 stycznia 2016 r. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
