Przepisy rozporządzenia mają zastosowanie do uposażeń zasadniczych funkcjonariuszy Służby Więziennej od dnia 1 stycznia 2016 r. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem następującym po dniu ogłoszenia.
