U. poz. 260) w § 2 uchyla się ust. 3. Rozporządzenie stosuje się do podziału dotacji, począwszy od dnia 1 stycznia 2016 r. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem następującym po dniu ogłoszenia.
