Przepisy rozporządzenia w zakresie określenia wysokości wynagrodzenia miesięcznego przewodniczącego oraz pozostałych członków Rady Nadzorczej Agencji Mienia Wojskowego stosuje się od dnia 1 października 2015 r. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem następującym po dniu ogłoszenia.
