§ 2. Na podstawie art. 3f ust. 15 ustawy z dnia 9 listopada 2000 r. o repatriacji (Dz. U. z 2014 r. poz. 1392, z 2015 r. poz. 1274 oraz z 2017 r. poz. 60 i 858) zarządza się, co następuje: Wynagrodzenie za udział w pracach oraz realizację zadań Rady do Spraw Repatriacji, zwanej dalej „Radą”, wynosi: 3000 zł miesięcznie dla przewodniczącego Rady; 2500 zł miesięcznie dla wiceprzewodniczącego Rady; 1500 zł miesięcznie dla każdego z pozostałych członków Rady. W przypadku nieobecności członka na posiedzeniu Rady wynagrodzenie, o którym mowa w ust. 1, ulega zmniejszeniu proporcjonalnie do liczby posiedzeń Rady, w których członek nie uczestniczył w danym miesiącu. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem następującym po dniu ogłoszenia.
