U. poz. 454) wprowadza się następujące zmiany: w § 2 uchyla się ust. 2; w § 4 uchyla się ust. 4; § 5 otrzymuje brzmienie: Uposażenie oraz świadczenia pieniężne wypłaca się w formie bezgotówkowej na rachunek bankowy wskazany przez funkcjonariusza w formie pisemnej w postaci papierowej albo elektronicznej. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
