Traci moc rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 12 maja 2009 r. w sprawie wielokrotności kwoty bazowej stanowiącej przeciętne uposażenie funkcjonariuszy Służby Wywiadu Wojskowego (Dz. U. poz. 646). Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
