U. z 2016 r. poz. 618) § 8 otrzymuje brzmienie: Dotacja, o której mowa w rozporządzeniu, może być udzielana: w okresie obowiązywania pozytywnej decyzji Komisji Europejskiej o zgodności przewidzianej w niniejszym rozporządzeniu pomocy publicznej z rynkiem wewnętrznym lub zgodnie z przepisami wydanymi na podstawie art. 27 ust. 6 ustawy z dnia 23 listopada 2012 r. - Prawo pocztowe. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem następującym po dniu ogłoszenia.
