§ 3. Na podstawie art. 225ust. 2 i 3 ustawy z dnia 6 lipca 1982 r. o radcach prawnych (Dz. U. poz. 1804 oraz z 2016 r. poz. 1667) w § 9 ust. 2 otrzymuje brzmienie: Stawki minimalne wynoszą 180 zł w sprawach o świadczenia pieniężne z ubezpieczenia społecznego i zaopatrzenia emerytalnego oraz w sprawach dotyczących podlegania ubezpieczeniom społecznym. Do spraw wszczętych i niezakończonych przed dniem wejścia w życie rozporządzenia stosuje się przepisy dotychczasowe do czasu zakończenia postępowania w danej instancji. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
