§ 2. Na podstawie art. 3 ustawy z dnia 23 stycznia 2009 r. o Krajowej Szkole Sądownictwa i Prokuratury (Dz. W skład Krajowej Szkoły wchodzą: Ośrodek Aplikacji Sędziowskiej; Ośrodek Aplikacji Prokuratorskiej; Ośrodek Szkolenia Ustawicznego i Współpracy Międzynarodowej; Biuro Dyrektora; Biuro Administracyjne. w § 5 ust. 2 otrzymuje brzmienie: W Biurze Administracyjnym mogą być prowadzone ośrodki szkoleniowe oraz Dom Aplikanta. w § 7 ust. 2 otrzymuje brzmienie: Ośrodki i biura Krajowej Szkoły mogą mieścić się w innej miejscowości niż wskazana w ust. 1. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem 1 stycznia 2018 r.
